2 MONTH EXTENSION REQUEST FOR FILING THE 2010 PERSONAL PROPERTY RETURN
| Instructions: If you need additional time to complete your personal property returns, you may get a 2 month filing extension provided you request the extension by April 15, 2010. Use this system to request an extension or to confirm that you have received an extension. You may request extensions for an unlimited number of entities, however you will be asked to actually click on the "confirm extension" button once you have entered up to 50 entities. You may also recall last year's confirmation number(s) and, if necessary add or remove entity IDs and then resubmit as a current year request. Please do not submit multiple extension requests for the same entity. If you use this system, it will indicate that an extension has already been granted. Please do not file a paper extension request form for any entity if you have already requested an extension using this system. Once you have requested an extension using this system, the personal property return will be due no later than June 15, 2010. If you experience difficulties using this system, it is recommended that you use the latest version of either Internet Explorer or Netscape to access the extension system.
